This very special villa has been finished in 2015 by a renowned Swiss architect featuring the high Swiss standard. It offers you two luxuriously decorated bedrooms fully air-conditioned but the Koh Chang beach villa can accommodate in total six people when using the folding bed and asking for an extra bed that can be comfortably be placed in the living room that is also fully air-conditioned.
A special feature of this two story villa is that the access stairs is inside the house – unlike the most other villas in this development which have the access to the upper floors outside. The kitchen is fully equipped to the highest standard.
The villa offers you two spaces terraces one on the lower level that is preferred for dining and one on the upper floor with a beautiful view to enjoy a romantic moment in your luxurious villa on Koh Chang overlooking the main land of Trat.
The villa is in the vicinity of the club house with the lap pool and the restaurant offering delicious cuisine.
Renting our Koh Chang Beach villa, you will be able to make use of the Royal Siam Villa Village amenities such as the nearby golf course, the swimming pool and the restaurant. Our service team can organize taxis, rental cars or motorbikes for your day trips!
Within the Royal Siam Villa Village the use of the taxi is free of charge.
While located on Koh Chang in Thailand, our luxury villas are equipped with western-standard facilities to accommodate for your needs and comfort:
The two and four bedroom luxury villas are fully furnished with king size beds, western standard medium-soft mattresses, and tasteful bed sheets. Open wardrobes and drawers for your smaller items are located in the bedrooms. The living rooms are furnished with a relaxing lounge sofa in water hyacinth style; same as the beds.
Three rooms in each of the 4 bed room villas have the latest generation LED TV with Satellite TV. All Rooms have high quality Daikin air conditioners and come equipped with mosquito screens. WiFi Internet connection is free in the villas for our guests. A modern, high quality European kitchen with stove and food center is available. China, cutlery and drinking glasses for water, wine and beer are on premise for up to 10 people.
This is your vacation and you do want to spend it in relaxation and comfort. Cleaning the villa and doing laundry is not part of that story!
No need to worry. We can provide cleaning, laundry and general maintenance. The following services are included in the rental price:

Following are the terms and conditions which apply to all guests. By booking one of the Koh Chang Villas, you must agree to all of the following policies:
The online booking process must be completed by the party leader who must be over 18 years of age. Reservation will be confirmed by email immediately after the deposit (depending on the season = 20-50%) or full pre-payment (last-minute rate) has been received.
If the lessee is leaving the premises before the lease expires the deposit will not be reimbursed.
The remaining rental fee (if applicable) is to be paid upon check-in and will be collected together with the security deposit by the guest relations manager in CASH (Thai Baht)
The rental rate includes VAT, cleaning two times a week (bed sheets and towels are changed once a week), water usage/consumption, cable TV and broadband internet WiFi.
The rental rate excludes the electricity consumption. Electricity consumption cost 7.0 THB/kWh is payable by the guest at the end of the stay.Note: Electricity prices are high on Koh Chang Island. Guests who let the air conditions run all day will have to expect an high electricity cost surcharge.
Airport transfers are not included but can be organized.
The max. occupancy included in the rental rates is:
On request one extra bed can be supplied for the villas (extra bed surcharge may apply)
Check-in time is 3:00 pm (15.00). Check-out time is 11:00 am (11.00).
Early check-in and late check-out may be arranged on request (surcharge may be applied) however depending on availability.
Children in the villa must be supervised at anytime by an adult. The tenant and guest assume full responsibility for the children.
2x per week is included in rental price. On request additional maid service can be provided (surcharge applies)

A security deposit of THB 10,000 (in CASH) is required on check-in. Guests are responsible for looking after the property, leaving it in good order and in a clean condition. Guests also undertake to pay for damages, breakages or losses they may be responsible for during the period of their stay. The owner representative reserves the right to reclaim the rented property if the guest/tenant, members of the guest party or guest visitors cause excessive damage or mess.
The security deposit will be refunded on departure date deducted from water and electricity expenses.
Koh Chang Villa strongly recommends that you take out comprehensive travel insurance at the time of booking, to protect you and all those accompanying you for the full time of your visit against illness, including evacuation, injury, death, loss of baggage and personal items, theft, cancellation and other travel contingencies.
Please be advised that Koh Chang Villa, its owners and the Siam Royal View Village are not responsible for any loss or damage to personal equipment and property during your stay at Koh Chang Villa.
We or the Siam Royal View will not accept responsibility for any delay, additional expense or inconvenience which maybe caused directly or indirectly by events outside of our control such as late arrival of flights, civil disturbances, fire, floods, unusually severe weather, acts of god, acts of government, or the failure of any machinery or equipment.
In the unlikely event that exceptional circumstances beyond our control necessitate cancellation of the booking, we will refund any deposit paid by the party leader (without interest, compensation or consequential loss of any kind).
Pets of any kind are NOT allowed in or on the villa’s premises without specific written permission from the owner representative.
Smoking is NOT permitted inside the villa. Smoking is only allowed outside on the balcony/terrace. If signs of smoking are found a THB 5’000 cleaning fee will be charged. Smoking is a breach of the rentals contract and can lead to the cancellation of the booking with no compensation.

The Villa is perfect located in a private resort just in front of the beach. The resort pool is 40meters long is only 2 minutes walk from the villa. The Villa itself is modern and well equiped. The bathrooms are open means there are not in a closed room (except the toilets which have a sliding door). The living room is nice but little bit small for 4 persons. However you stay mostly outdoor on the covered terrace or upstair terrace near the jacuzzi. We feel well in the villa and enjoyed our time very much.
Amazing house one row behind the most amazing beach. Perfect house for a couple of families to stay with great surrounding amenities (restaurants) and amazing 40m pool!
Anna’s place is just like you see in the pictures and we were very happy with the location within the resort.
The check in was at the house and very good and helpful. Throughout the stay we could contact our contact person Sammy anytime with quick and helpful responses. The house itself is in the 2nd row about 50m to the beach and about 100m away from the beach restaurant and pool area. The place has 3 separately accessible bedrooms and one bedroom that is connected to living room and kitchen. So it is perfect for 8 people. All rooms have shower and toilet.
You can hang out together in the living room and terrace area or stay on your own, both is possible and we really enjoyed this set up. We were 5 adults and 3 kids. There are some small things that can be improved (water pressure, mosquito problems). Besides the great villa, the resort has a pretty good beach restaurant near the pool and there is a pretty good seafood and Italian restaurant at the entrance area of the resort. The pool is absolutely awesome and the beach is perfect for families with smaller kids. The water is very shallow, especially in the afternoon and evening due to the tides. The resort offers kayaks, snorkel equipment, etc for rent. There is even a small mini-golf area which can be used for free.
As the resort is located in a quite area of the island, I suggest to rent some scooters to drive around. Its fun and it takes about 15 min to drive to White Sand Beach or 5 minutes to the nearest 7/11 to buy the basics. There is also a shuttle bus that circles around but I think renting a scooter is the best option. We had a great time at Anna’s place and can recommend it whiteout a doubt.
If you look for some relaxing time to read a book, hang out at the beach or pool, have some decent drinks and food, play with your kids on an empty and safe beach, enjoy beautiful sunsets, this is the place to go. I would love to come back.
Avec une superbe vue sur le golf. Nous avons apprécié qu’elle soit un peu isolée des autres villas de la résidence, ainsi nous n’avons pas été dérangés par les voisins et nous ne les avons pas dérangé non plus.
La deco est sympa, la villa est propre La plage est très belle mais très peu profonde, nous n’avons pas pu trop nous baigner. Il y a peu de monde dans le complexe résidentiel même en pleine saison et c’est très agréable
Tucked away in a quite part of Koh Chang, this villa is perfect for a group of friends/family looking to “get away” for a few days. Finding the address was our only issue throughout the stay.
Once you dock to Koh Chang, Anna’s place is no more than 20 minutes away. The villa itself is very spacious, with two floors and ample privacy should you want some alone time. Not far away is the beach, with a few restaurants and larger pool should the one at Anna’s not suffice.
I should mention Anna’s infinity pool was pretty cool. I would recommend Anna’s place to anyone visiting Koh Chang!
独栋的别墅，虽然不像其它别墅靠着沙滩，但它安静，有独立的小泳池，我们可以坐在泳池边吃饭。对面是漂亮的高尔夫球场。泳池的水每天会循环自洁，很干净。厨房设施也齐全，冰箱够大！
别墅虽然买东西不太方便，但可以在beach club 服务台叫个免费的Taxi 去便利店，那里还有买菜和水果的小店，买点家常菜足够。也可以租个摩托车10分钟就能到达最繁华的白沙滩，那里有大超市big C 和乐购，还有价格便宜的Thai massage。
步行两分钟就能到酒店自己的沙滩，这里沙滩不比白沙滩差，干净，最关键安静，晚上伴着月光可以走出去很远，打个手电还发现好几个寄居蟹。
65C 50米内没有近邻，我们的笑声大一点也不会影响到邻居。
以后如果第五次去象岛的话，65C依然是我的首选。
Had stayed at the resort last year and noticed this villa so decided to book and on arrival we were all very impressed the location is excellent the villa was superb. If staying here you will need a car, although I think there is complementary transport to the main road so you can flag a taxi. Thank you to Anna for giving us the opportunity to stay at your villa. You have everything that you will require to enable you to have a fantastic stay there. Beautiful warm sea to swim in and lots to see and do on the wonderful island of a Koh Chang.

My husband an I stayed at this resort a few weeks ago for our one year wedding anniversary. We chose Anna and Thomas villa because we were looking for somewhere quiet with our own pool and to say we were not disappointed is an understatement.
The villa was clean and spacious, the pool was wonderful and resort is beautiful. Would recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful holiday. The food at the resort was lovely and the beach was a stones throw away. The description of the resort and villa are spot on. I would suggest you hire a car but taxis are available.

Having stayed here recently with a group of friends, I am happy to write a review for this villa! To begin, finding the villa was by far the trickiest part. We were turned around once docking to the island. Once you dock, if you find yourself driving 20 minutes to the villa’s address, chances are you’ve gone too far.
Once we (5 adults, 2 kids) arrived, the host was there to assist us and provide a thorough tour of the property. The villa was located soon after passing the security gates which is nice should you come back late and need to give directions. Everyone was comfortable in their room. Ton’s of space with 4 bedrooms, kitchen, and patio right next to the infinity pool 😉 The kids really enjoyed themselves by the pool. Within walking distance to the villa are a couple restaurants-good but not great. The beach is close as well.
Overall, we would highly recommend this villa to others!
What a great place to relax with the family! The Villa is in a great location on Koh Chang and the views are amazing at Siam Royal View. The Villa is designed very well with great touches in the design. The facilities and staff for the Villa and the Siam Royal View treated my family excellent. We can’t wait to come back!!
